About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our Seekonk, MA territory. This role is designed for an innovative and creative individual capable of driving change in the waste management sector. As a Territory Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts, matching prospect needs to our comprehensive waste disposal services.

Your day-to-day involves a dynamic blend of field work and strategic planning. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent within your designated territory prospecting, exploring market opportunities, and executing cold calls to secure new appointments. The remaining time is dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and managing existing accounts. You will utilize our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to manage proposals and customer interactions, ensuring a consultative selling approach that fosters trust and long-term engagement.

In this position, you will conduct waste stream analyses to identify volumes and opportunities for recycling or special handling. You will also build relationships and increase company visibility by participating in trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other community activities. Your goal is to develop effective selling strategies that ensure revenue growth and increased customer profitability at the district level.
