As a Territory Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts. This role is designed for an individual capable of matching prospect needs to our comprehensive waste services through a consultative selling approach. You will be responsible for securing long-term partnerships by prospecting and closing major accounts to achieve targeted sales goals.
Your day-to-day involves a dynamic balance of field work and strategic planning. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in your designated territory prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while the remainder is dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and account management with internal teams. You will conduct waste stream analysis to identify volumes and opportunities for recycling or special handling, ensuring we offer the most effective solutions for our clients.
