As a Territory Sales Representative in Healthcare & Medical Services, you will manage an assigned dental territory with a focus on building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow revenue. This role exists to bridge the gap between Patterson's extensive portfolio of consumables, equipment, technology, and services and the specific clinical and business needs of dental practices.
In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor, conducting consultative sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations to dental professionals and office staff. Your day-to-day involves assessing customer needs to present tailored solutions, qualifying new business opportunities through prospecting and lead follow-up, and leveraging CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and forecast performance. You will collaborate closely with internal technical, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure excellent customer support while monitoring market trends and competitor activity to refine territory strategies.
Candidates selected for this role will participate in a structured interview process designed to assess both sales acumen and cultural fit.
