About the Team

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our Seekonk, MA territory. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts. Your mission is to match prospect needs with our comprehensive waste services, utilizing a consultative selling approach to secure major accounts and drive revenue growth.

You will spend approximately 60-70% of your time in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while dedicating the remainder to strategic planning, team building, and account management. Success in this position requires a proactive individual who can conduct waste stream analysis, identify recycling opportunities, and effectively manage contract renewals to increase customer profitability.

Hiring Process

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleSell commercial waste removal and disposal services to large, complex accounts
  • check_circleProspect and close major accounts to achieve targeted sales goals

  • check_circleGather contract expiration dates and document customer concerns to satisfy service requests
  • check_circlePerform contractual re-signs by building long-term customer relationships
  • check_circleBuild relationships and increase company visibility through trade shows and chamber events
  • check_circleServe as the main point of contact for a current book of commercial and industrial accounts
  • check_circlePrepare proposals and utilize the ARES CRM tool for account management
  • check_circleConduct waste stream analysis to estimate volumes and identify recycling opportunities
