Territory Sales Representative

Mega Disposal, part of Waste Connections, is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. We are dedicated to finding innovative, creative, and proactive individuals who can drive change and deliver tangible results within the waste solutions industry.

About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts. Your mission is to match prospect needs with Waste Connections' comprehensive services, securing long-term partnerships through a consultative selling approach. You will be responsible for prospecting and closing major accounts to achieve targeted sales goals while developing and implementing strategies that ensure revenue growth and profitability at the district level.

In this role, approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in the field within your designated territory, actively prospecting and exploring new market opportunities. The remaining time will be dedicated to strategic planning, team building, and account management with internal teams. You will conduct waste stream analysis to identify volumes and opportunities for recycling or special handling, while also building company visibility through participation in trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other community activities.
