As a Territory Manager for the Seekonk, MA area, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts. This role is designed for an individual capable of creating change and driving revenue growth at the district level. You will spend the majority of your time (60-70%) in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while balancing the remainder with strategic planning and team building.
Your day-to-day involves conducting waste stream analysis to identify volumes and recycling opportunities, preparing proposals, and utilizing our Salesforce-driven CRM (ARES) to manage relationships. You will be responsible for securing major accounts, executing contract re-signs, and increasing customer profitability by effectively building long-term relationships. Success in this role requires a proactive communicator who can influence potential customers through cold calls and represent the company at trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other community activities.
