About the Role
The Assistant Branch Manager position is designed to offer job training and mentorship for the next stage in your career: a B2B Sales Branch Manager at one of our 46 nationwide rental facilities. This role serves as a launchpad for those looking to take on larger clients within an expanded sales territory, earn uncapped bonus potential, and eventually manage P&L for their own branch location.
As an Assistant Branch Manager in charge of outside sales, your day will involve serving B2B customers like PepsiCo and FedEx by determining their equipment needs and explaining rental options. You will utilize a consultative sales approach to prospect for customers, build relationships, and close rental, lease, and trailer sales transactions. Additionally, you will manage customer accounts, handle credit and collections, and track leads using our sales contact system to manage key branch metrics.
We only hire sales and region managers via internal promotion, ensuring you have a clear path to pursue new territory and continued career growth. Upon promotion, usually within 1-2 years, you will relocate to a new location and assume full responsibility for a branch.

Requirements
