As a Territory Sales Manager in Plano, Texas, you will serve as the "CEO" of your territory, building the growing local market. Your mission is to help businesses from every industry discover quality products with speed and service you'll be proud to deliver. You will identify growth opportunities, meet with existing customers on-site to build relationships, and create effective solutions using Uline's 43,000 high-quality products.
Your typical week involves spending Monday planning and scheduling, followed by on-site customer visits from Tuesday through Friday. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a winning team where you can learn from the best through a structured development path: four weeks of Uline-specific sales training, followed by a 12-week mentorship program and continuous career development.
