As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer relationships and driving business growth. This position is built on passion, performance, and partnerships. You will own and nurture customer relationships within a team-based selling model, educating clients on ordering platforms and providing menu consultations, product recommendations, and pricing strategies to help them succeed.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of activities: from nurturing existing accounts to hunting for new business, you will deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to individual customers. You will collaborate closely with Specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product delivery and top penetration opportunities. Success in this role requires you to be on the move, driving to conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, while managing deliveries and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the order process.
