We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. In this role, you will be the face of PolyNovo in the advanced wound and burn space, responsible for promoting NovoSorb technologies to maximize revenue and grow market share within your assigned geographic territory. You will serve as a trusted advisor to surgeons and staff, guiding them through the clinical and economic value of our solutions before, during, and after surgery. This position offers the opportunity to drive new business through competitive selling while nurturing existing multi-tiered customer relationships. You will also play a key role in shaping market strategy by gathering intelligence on local dynamics and competitor campaigns, ensuring our approach remains agile and effective.
