About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager supporting San Diego, CA and surrounding markets, you will be a results-driven partner who grows sales through data, insights, and structured selling. This role is designed for those who use facts, analytics, and market intelligence to influence customer decisions, drive distribution, and deliver measurable top and bottom-line growth.

In this position, you will act as a category advisor rather than just a supplier, leading customer conversations through storytelling and data-driven recommendations. You will expand market presence by increasing points of distribution and shelf presence across retail and wholesale accounts, while executing new product launches with speed to market. Your day-to-day involves staying ahead of consumer and competitive trends to translate insights into strategies that help customers win in their local markets. You will build strong partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers, leveraging value-based selling to influence outcomes and ensuring best-in-class in-store execution of merchandising, promotions, and pricing.
