For more than 100 years, we have been delivering quality building products and solutions to our customers. This position is responsible for managing the demand creation and sales of Trus Joist engineered lumber products within the single-family residential and high-density or multi-family housing market segments. Typically covering a larger, more complex territory, this role places a strong emphasis on the technical application of engineered wood products (EWP) in high-density housing (HDH) construction.
You will independently develop and implement a territory strategy to maximize success, working with builders, dealers, the design community, and building officials. The role focuses on selling engineered wood solutions to generate profit by developing customer-specific solutions that demonstrate value and improved returns. You will serve as a technical expert, nurturing relationships with architects, specifiers, structural engineers, and executive-level contacts while providing in-depth product training and education to the design and building communities.
