As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer relationships and driving business growth. This position is built on passion, performance, and partnerships. You will own and nurture customer relationships within a team-based selling model, acting as a customer champion by educating clients on ordering platforms, providing menu consultations, and offering product recommendations and pricing strategies.
Your day-to-day involves hunting for new business while nurturing existing accounts. You will drive sales success by delivering impactful presentations tailored to individual customers and managing your territory effectively. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product delivery and top penetration opportunities.
You will also lead with insight by identifying prospective customers through market intelligence and business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows. A significant part of the role involves managing delivery resolutions, troubleshooting order process issues, and staying on top of market conditions and competitor activities to provide value-added services to your clients.

This role is primarily outside the office, requiring you to work daily in your assigned territory. You will visit customers in variable weather and temperature conditions, driving your personal motor vehicle to conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
