The Technical Sales Professional serves as the vital link between Shred-Tech's innovative product solutions and the specific needs of industry-specific companies, end users, and manufacturers. This role is designed to identify the best product for any specific application, working directly with customers to determine precise equipment solutions for their jobs.
In this position, you will operate as the internal voice of our customers across development teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. You will bring a deep understanding of market requirements to define business requirements and articulate the product value proposition. Success in this role is measured by sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction, requiring you to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
Your day-to-day involves developing in-depth knowledge of our product line, recruiting and managing dealer partners, and executing a Territory Sales Plan that meets established goals. You will maintain consistent communication with existing and prospective customers, managing the entire lifecycle of product lines from strategic planning and tactical launch activities to end-of-life management. Additionally, you will drive product IoT initiatives, lead innovation exercises, and define pricing and sales strategies to ensure cohesive growth within your territory.
