The Territory Account Specialist (TAS) serves as a critical link between Solenis and national retail accounts, ensuring the highest standards of cleaning, air care, and food sanitation. In this field-based role, you will manage an assigned territory, performing scheduled and emergency services on dispensing systems, conducting food sanitation audits, and training store personnel on food safety protocols and the Diversey food sanitation program.
Your day-to-day involves installing new dispensing equipment, converting existing customers to new platforms, and providing actionable recommendations to store management to maintain rigorous cleanliness and positive food safety outcomes. Beyond technical execution, you will be responsible for building excellent customer relations, responding promptly to service issues, and maintaining company assets and vehicles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges in the field while driving quality and compliance at the store level.
