About the Role
The Quality Control Technician serves as a critical guardian of product integrity within our beverage operations. This role is dedicated to maintaining rigorous HACCP and food safety standards while ensuring every batch meets our high-quality benchmarks. You will act as the bridge between production and R&D, validating the microbiological quality of ingredients, suppliers, and packaging to support new product launches and finished beverage development.
Your day involves a blend of hands-on laboratory testing, line-side troubleshooting, and data-driven analysis. From preparing batch tanks and managing sanitation protocols to analyzing process trends and recommending efficiency improvements, you will ensure compliance with federal and state legislation. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying quality issues, documenting results, and collaborating with supervisors to implement corrective actions that safeguard our brand reputation.
