The Quality Control Technician serves as a critical guardian of product integrity within our beverage operations. This role is designed to ensure that every batch of carbonated soft drink meets the highest standards of safety, consistency, and quality. You will act as the bridge between production, research and development, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that our products are safe for consumption and consistent in taste and texture.
In this position, you will manage the full spectrum of quality programs, including HACCP protocols, food safety record-keeping, plant audits, and mock recall initiatives. Your work directly impacts the production of high-quality beverages by validating the microbiological quality of ingredients, suppliers, and packaging. You will collaborate closely with the R&D team during new product launches, providing essential test data to guide development from concept to finished product.
Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of laboratory testing and on-the-floor troubleshooting. You will evaluate and correct batch variations, manage tank sanitation and rinsing procedures, and oversee internal pest control programs. By analyzing quality trends and recommending improvements, you will play a key role in enhancing both production efficiency and product safety.
Candidates selected for an interview will undergo a standard evaluation process including a review of qualifications, a technical assessment of quality control knowledge, and a discussion with the hiring team regarding team fit and operational scenarios.
