The Quality Control Technician serves as a critical guardian of product integrity within the beverage manufacturing environment. This role is dedicated to maintaining comprehensive quality programs, ensuring strict adherence to HACCP and food safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in production efficiency. The technician acts as a bridge between operational execution and quality assurance, validating the microbiological safety of ingredients, packaging, and finished beverages while collaborating closely with the R&D team on new product launches.
A typical day involves a dynamic mix of laboratory testing, floor troubleshooting, and data analysis. You will perform rigorous testing on current and new concentrate ingredients, process beverages, and finished products to ensure they meet high-quality standards. Your responsibilities include managing internal pest control programs, overseeing tank sanitation and preparation, and executing precise batch mixing procedures. Beyond testing, you will analyze quality trends, document variations in batch sizes, and provide actionable data to supervisors to resolve quality issues and optimize production.
Candidates are invited to apply with a resume highlighting their experience in quality control and the beverage industry. The selection process typically includes a review of qualifications, followed by an interview to assess technical knowledge and cultural fit. Successful candidates will undergo a background check and drug examination prior to onboarding.
