About Niagara

At Niagara, our mission is to provide customers with the highest quality, most affordable bottled water. We are looking for Team Members who want to be part of achieving this goal in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment where you can make a real impact.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for executing corporate and plant-specific Food Safety, Quality, and Laboratory requirements. You will report to the QA Manager and play a critical role in ensuring all parameters of food safety and quality are adhered to throughout the facility.

Your day will involve a mix of hands-on laboratory work and production support. A key part of your responsibility is conducting standardized qualitative and quantitative testing, including aseptic testing for microbial contamination, to ensure products meet strict specifications. You will also review food safety records, identify and isolate non-conforming product, and actively participate in plant teams such as HACCP and Safety.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work under pressure, and is committed to safety and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with great people and build a satisfying career with us.

Our Culture

This position embodies the values of Niagara's LIFE competency model, focusing on key drivers of success:

  • Lead Like an Owner: Making safety the number one priority and effectively prioritizing tasks based on department goals.
  • InnovACT: Making recommendations to continuously improve policies and demonstrating adaptability to unexpected changes.
  • Find a Way: Seeking solutions rather than placing blame and developing technical knowledge.
  • Empowered to be Great: Looking for ways to improve oneself and communicating effectively across the organization.

Application Instructions

Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply directly through our careers site. Please note that by submitting your résumé, you understand it will become the property of Niagara Bottling, LLC.
