The Packaging Quality Supervisor serves as a critical technical resource within the Quality Department, bridging the gap between operational execution and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Packaging & Brewing Quality Manager, this role is designed to safeguard product integrity while driving efficiency across the supply chain. You will oversee the entire spectrum of packaging quality functions, managing a team of quality control specialists and analysts to ensure accurate testing, reporting, and communication with operational departments.
In this position, you will act as the guardian of product safety and quality, ensuring that all methods for testing, storage, and data collection meet or exceed FDA and TTB regulations. The role requires a hands-on approach to laboratory operations, where you will lead root cause analyses for brewing issues, manage equipment maintenance, and enforce Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs). Beyond the lab, you will serve as a technical expert on brite beer and packaging processes, facilitating new product commercialization and representing the company during third-party audits.
We foster a diverse and inclusive work environment where continuous improvement is the norm. As a leader, you will be expected to coach employees, orchestrate learning opportunities, and ensure your team understands the organization's vision and values. The culture is built on a foundation of pride and community involvement, where technical excellence goes hand-in-hand with a commitment to safety and efficiency.
