This position is dedicated to managing customer relationships within the Brooklyn, NY territory. The primary mission is to serve as a "True Solutions Expert," demonstrating the value of the Cardinal Health Solution suite while building long-term partnerships with existing clients. The role involves navigating a varied selling environment, ranging from straightforward to moderately complex solutions, to help customers maximize efficiencies and improve margins.
As a key member of the selling team, you will act as the primary contact for solution suite selection and support. You will collaborate closely with internal support functions and the broader sales team to ensure objectives are met. Your day-to-day involves assessing customer business needs, influencing decision-making through data-driven recommendations, and coordinating the implementation of solutions once sold. You will also play a vital role in transitioning new business customers to Cardinal Health effectively and ensuring the utilization of the full suite of solutions toolkit.
