We are seeking a Temp Universal Banker to join our Roseland, IL team. The Universal Banker serves as a vital liaison between the member and the credit union. This role is dedicated to professionally handling the member's daily needs, providing account information by phone or in person, and offering guidance on the full range of credit union products and services.
In this position, you will work directly with members to meet their financial service needs, opening accounts, originating consumer loans, and resolving issues. You will also participate in Credit Union outreach events and initiate conversations to suggest new products and services tailored to member needs.
