This position serves as the first point of contact for clients in the lobby, dedicated to educating and assisting them with conducting transactions through self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. The role goes beyond simple transaction processing; it involves engaging clients in deep conversations to understand their financial and life priorities. By connecting clients to solutions that meet their specific financial goals, you help drive the client experience and build lasting relationships.
You will manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively while ensuring operational excellence. This role requires acting as a trusted advisor who confidently identifies solutions for both new and existing clients, applying strong critical thinking to meet their needs while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
