This role serves as the first point of contact in the bank lobby, dedicated to engaging clients to educate and assist them in conducting transactions through self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. Beyond processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently, you will have the opportunity to build deep relationships with clients. The goal is to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their specific financial goals while driving a superior client experience.

One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.
