Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain financial records and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- check_circleResearch and resolve financial discrepancies and assist with account collections
- check_circleProvide guidance regarding allowable expenditures and financial procedures
- check_circlePrepare financial reports and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- check_circleMonitor and reconcile revenues, expenditures, and other financial activity
- check_circleSupport grant and contract administration, including compliance review
- check_circleCompile and analyze financial and statistical data to support operational and strategic decision-making
- check_circleEnsure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and institutional policies and regulations
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable
- verifiedMinimum of 1–2 years of experience in a professional office environment
