The Contact Center Floor Support role serves as the backbone of our operational coverage, providing real-time guidance to ensure exceptional guest service and workflow efficiency. This position is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and problem-solving are key. You will be the first line of defense for complex issues, monitoring the call center queue to ensure timely support and balanced distribution. Your day involves walking the floor to address guest feedback, providing in-the-moment coaching to associates, and covering breaks to maintain consistent service levels. You will guide associates through escalated calls, troubleshoot Animatronic and ISE issues for guests and stores, and ensure all interactions are documented and resolved within our high service standards. By sharing performance insights with leadership and communicating updates clearly, you help drive the team's success.
