As a Customer Service Representative - Financial Services working onsite in Charlotte, NC, you will be part of bringing humanity to business. You will provide white glove support to customers of an asset and wealth management company that combines the entrepreneurial spirit of a start-up with more than 150 years of experience. Your role is to be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or exceptional. Whether answering questions about products via phone, providing website navigation support, assisting with the application process, or consulting on products, you will navigate customers' online banking needs with a smile.
