This position serves as the vital first point of contact for our clients, providing quality, accurate, and timely customer service within a dynamic retail banking environment. You will be responsible for the daily processing of financial transactions while developing and retaining long-term, profitable client relationships to drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will manage cash drawers with strict adherence to audit and security policies, process a wide variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and assist with ATM balancing and vault controls. Beyond operational duties, you will deliver excellent client experiences by promptly resolving issues and identifying opportunities to refer clients to the appropriate teams for cross-selling bank products and services.
All candidates must complete the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment to be considered for this position. The assessment takes approximately 12-15 minutes to complete and must be submitted prior to having your application evaluated by Talent Acquisition.
