As a Telesales Commission Sales Representative (In-House), you will maximize your earning potential by helping current owners enhance their vacation ownership experiences. This is a dynamic, commission-driven position designed for motivated sales professionals who thrive on performance and results. You will work leads through a comprehensive sales process, uncovering client needs, overcoming objections, and presenting our full range of vacation products across multiple properties.
In this role, you will partner effectively with the Telesales team lead to manage assigned leads. Your day-to-day involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to generate account upgrades and new sales. You will maintain a 45-day lead engagement cycle with persistent follow-up via phone, email, and text, ensuring you confirm product fit and customer satisfaction with every sale. Success in this position requires a resilient, self-driven, and competitive mindset, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
