The Technology Innovation Strategy & Insights Lead serves as a strategic partner to technology leaders, responsible for developing and operationalizing a cohesive technology strategy narrative across leadership, executive, and Board-level discussions. This role exists to translate complex technology strategy, modernization initiatives, and external market insights into clear, executive-ready materials that drive alignment, trust, and informed decision-making.
Operating as a trusted thought partner, you will strengthen how Huntington Technology articulates its direction, progress, and priorities. By synthesizing inputs from technology, innovation, and external market signals, you will help position Technology as a proactive, forward-thinking organization. Your work ensures that technology investments are clearly connected to business outcomes, enabling timely, high-quality decisions through structured communication rhythms and reusable storytelling patterns.

Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Technology, or a related field. Experience supporting technology, innovation, digital, or transformation organizations. Background in enterprise strategy, technology strategy, innovation strategy, or internal strategy functions. Experience in strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent fast-paced environments in a strategy role. Experience preparing materials for ELT, Board, or equivalent leadership discussions. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to connect strategy, execution, and outcomes into a cohesive, outcome-based story. Experience facilitating leadership discussions and working sessions.
