The Technology Innovation Strategy & Insights Lead serves as a strategic partner to technology leaders, bridging the gap between complex technical initiatives and executive decision-making. Operating at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and communication, this role is responsible for developing, owning, and operationalizing a cohesive technology strategy narrative that resonates across leadership, executive, and Board-level discussions.
In this capacity, you will translate technology strategy, modernization efforts, and external market insights into clear, executive-ready materials that drive alignment, trust, and informed leadership decisions. The role strengthens how Huntington Technology articulates its direction, progress, and priorities, helping position the organization as a proactive, forward-thinking entity. By synthesizing inputs from technology, innovation, and external market signals, you will enable timely, high-quality decisions and ensure that technology investments are clearly connected to business outcomes.
Huntington is combining the best of both worlds: in-office and work from home. Our approach enables teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. While this position is based in an office environment, we recognize that certain roles outside our branch network may be eligible for flexible work arrangements. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team, and remote roles will also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for moments that matter.
