About the Role
The Technology Innovation Strategy & Insights Lead serves as a strategic partner to technology leaders, shaping how Huntington Technology articulates its direction, progress, and priorities. This role is designed to operationalize a cohesive technology strategy narrative that drives alignment, trust, and informed decision-making at the executive and Board levels.
Operating at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business outcomes, you will translate complex modernization initiatives and external market signals into clear, executive-ready materials. By establishing structured communication rhythms and reusable storytelling patterns, this position ensures that Technology is positioned as a proactive, forward-thinking organization. The role requires strong judgment and the ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority, acting as a trusted thought partner to CIOs, CTOs, and business executives.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in business, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- verified4+ years experience in strategy consulting or similar
- verifiedStrong technology fluency
- verifiedExperience in financial services or highly regulated environments
- verifiedMaster's degree in Business, Strategy, Technology, or related field (preferred)
- verifiedExperience in strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) (preferred)
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Technology, or a related field. Experience supporting technology, innovation, digital, or transformation organizations. Background in enterprise strategy, technology strategy, innovation strategy, or internal strategy functions. Experience in strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent fast-paced environments in a strategy role. Experience preparing materials for ELT, Board, or equivalent leadership discussions. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to connect strategy, execution, and outcomes into a cohesive, outcome-based story. Experience facilitating leadership discussions and working sessions.
