The Technology Innovation Strategy & Insights Lead serves as a strategic partner to technology leaders, bridging the gap between complex technical initiatives and executive decision-making. Operating at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and communication, this role is responsible for developing, owning, and operationalizing a cohesive technology strategy narrative that resonates across leadership, executive, and Board-level discussions.
In this capacity, you will translate technology strategy, modernization efforts, and external market insights into clear, executive-ready materials. Your work will drive alignment, build trust, and enable informed leadership decisions by connecting technology investments directly to business outcomes. By synthesizing inputs from technology, innovation, and external market signals, you will help position Huntington Technology as a proactive, forward-thinking organization, strengthening how the department articulates its direction, progress, and priorities.
