About the Role
This position is designed for individuals whose actions directly lead to operational success. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for the repair and ongoing maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Your expertise will drive the team forward by applying your skills in troubleshooting complex work-related problems and implementing preventive maintenance programs as directed by management. You will play a vital role in maintaining building equipment, performing routine calibrations, and assisting with assigned project work. A strong commitment to quality is essential, requiring you to understand and apply quality system procedures while referencing relevant documentation.
Safety is a top priority in this role. You will be expected to identify and fix potential safety hazards to prevent injuries, strictly follow safety practices, and maintain high housekeeping standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, the ability to work with limited supervision, and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a team environment.
Hiring Process
Candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a craftsman, electromechanics, or maintenance technician are encouraged to apply. Board certification or equivalent experience in electrical wiring, welding, HVAC maintenance, pipe fitting, or hydraulics is highly valued.
