About the Role
As a Technical Training Specialist, you will have the opportunity to combine your love for technology with a desire to help organizations become greater than they thought possible. This role exists to ensure our clients can fully utilize our software to enhance public safety and security operations.
In this position, you will develop and execute comprehensive training plans, create engaging learning materials, and deliver instruction on the Kaseware product to clients both remotely and in-person. You will assess training needs, manage the Kaseware Learning Management System, and continuously refine our programs based on trainee feedback. Location and Work Model
This is a full-time, exempt position based in Denver, Colorado. Candidates in the Denver area are expected to work in a hybrid model, spending three days in the office and two days working from home. The role also requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time to client facilities.
Hiring Process and Application
Due to the nature of our business, all candidates must be able to pass a full CJIS-compliant fingerprint-based background check, which is required for individuals needing access to criminal justice information (CJI).
