Key Responsibilities
- check_circleInterview subject matter experts to extract expertise and translate it into engaging training content
- check_circleOrganize content into training tracks and build learning paths for staff
- check_circleEvaluate and implement an LMS or leverage existing systems for a mobile-first workforce
- check_circlePartner with operations leaders to measure training impact on program quality
- check_circleProduce training videos from concept to final cut including scripting, filming, and editing
- check_circleUtilize AI tools for scripting, storyboarding, video creation, editing, and content repurposing
- check_circleDevelop and manage a text-message microlearning program including content writing and system setup
Requirements
- verifiedFluent in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen, Synthesia, etc.)
- verifiedSome experience with video production (camera use, editing)
- verifiedStrong writing skills for scripts and short-form content
- verifiedWilling to travel 25–35%
- verifiedExperience with LMS or SMS platforms (preferred)
Nice to Have
Experience with an LMS or SMS platforms. Background in education, youth development, or multi-site operations.
