About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Distribution Center Manager, the Technical Support Specialist serves as a critical liaison between Scag Power Equipment, its dealers, and end-users. This role exists to maintain operational excellence by managing technical inquiries, warranty processes, and dealer relations with precision and care.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers and Pro-Gold dealers, handling a variety of communication channels including phone, email, and direct correspondence. Your day will involve troubleshooting machine issues, resolving parts concerns, and collaborating with Territory Managers to address service and warranty matters. Beyond immediate support, you will play a key role in the integrity of our warranty system by processing claims, managing returns, and maintaining labor charts. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to lead a group of Field Service Technicians and contribute to the development of training materials and programs.
