About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in both English and French-Canadian to join a growing team dedicated to supporting warranty claims, general inquiries, and customer assistance. This fully remote opportunity is designed for candidates with excellent communication skills and authentic French-Canadian fluency, including a familiarity with Quebecois expressions and conversational dialect.
The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and detail-oriented, comfortable handling customer interactions across phone, email, and chat channels in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as the voice of the company, providing clear, empathetic support while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Hiring Process
