Customer Support Representative

About the Opportunity

Vaco has partnered with a fast-paced, growing organization to identify a Customer Service & Collections Specialist. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-volume call center environments and enjoy the dual challenge of delivering exceptional customer service while managing collections responsibilities.

The Role

In this fully onsite position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls. Your day-to-day will involve resolving account issues, answering questions, and educating customers on available services and account options. A significant portion of the role focuses on collections, requiring you to contact customers regarding past-due balances, set up payment plans, and process payments. Success in this position requires a detail-oriented approach to accurately documenting all customer interactions while multitasking effectively in a dynamic setting.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive rate of $19.50 per hour, with the potential for a monthly bonus. Eligible employees may also participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
