About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives, with the opportunity to obtain their Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance licenses. This role is designed for those eager to build a career in insurance sales while helping customers navigate their personal insurance needs. You will play a key part in growing our book of business by selling and servicing personal insurance policies, handling client inquiries, and providing tailored coverage recommendations.
As a base pay plus commission position, you will work leads, generate new business, and support existing clients through policy changes, renewals, and general service requests. Success in this role requires maintaining strict compliance with insurance regulations and company standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Work Schedule
This position operates on a shift basis to accommodate client needs. You will be scheduled for either the 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Central Time shifts. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary and commission structure, eligible employees may receive discretionary bonuses.
