This full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer position is based in Fort Worth, Texas. The role is designed for individuals who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting across both hardware and software. You will support field technology and customer deployments, gaining exposure to real-world IoT systems while collaborating with an international engineering team.
The position offers the opportunity to directly influence product performance and improvements. It is ideal for self-sufficient, curious candidates comfortable working across technical disciplines. The role involves a balanced focus: 50% hardware and electronics troubleshooting, and 50% software, mobile, and IoT systems support. Your day will consist primarily of hands-on technical diagnostics, with time dedicated to internal support, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
