About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable aviation professional to bridge the gap between flight operations administrative functions and operational leadership. This role is designed for individuals who have progressed beyond core pilot duties into advanced functions such as flight standards management, regulatory compliance, technical publications, and FAA certification project management.
In this position, you will drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement by developing high-quality technical manuals while flexing into operational excellence and consulting support. You will translate OEM data and engineering inputs into clear, actionable instructions for frontline execution, ensuring all documentation aligns with FAA regulations and internal quality standards. The role requires a strong understanding of broader flight operations aspects, including dispatch, crew management, maintenance control, and flight training, to identify gaps in processes and drive practical solutions that improve safety and quality.

Requirements
- verified5–10 years of aviation experience in a commercial environment (121, 135, 141, 142)
- verifiedFAA Pilot Licenses preferred (CFI, Commercial, ATP)
- verifiedExperience with Flight Operations systems (e.g., CAE, NavBlue, ETQ) preferred
- verifiedStrong understanding of aircraft systems and regulatory requirements

Nice to Have
