Oliver Wyman is a business of Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance, capital, people, investments, and management consulting. With annual revenue exceeding $27 billion and a workforce of over 95,000 colleagues across 130 countries, Marsh helps build the confidence to thrive through the power of perspective.
We are seeking a highly capable aviation professional to bridge the gap between flight operations administrative functions and operational leadership. This role is designed for individuals who have progressed beyond core pilot duties into advanced functions such as flight standards management, regulatory compliance, technical publications, and FAA certification project management.
In this position, you will drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement by developing high-quality technical manuals while flexing into operational excellence and consulting support. You will translate OEM data and engineering inputs into clear, actionable instructions for frontline execution, ensuring all documentation aligns with FAA regulations and internal quality standards. The role requires a strong understanding of broader flight operations aspects, including dispatch, crew management, maintenance control, and flight training, to identify gaps in processes and drive practical solutions that improve safety and quality.
Candidates will be evaluated on their critical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to interface across all levels of the organization. The selection process focuses on identifying independent thinkers who can research and apply regulatory processes to deliver high-quality, usable technical manuals and improved maintenance flows.
Marsh is committed to embracing a diverse, inclusive, and flexible work environment. We aim to attract and retain the best people and embrace diversity of age, background, disability, ethnic origin, family duties, gender orientation or expression, marital status, nationality, parental status, personal or social status, political affiliation, race, religion and beliefs, sex/gender, sexual orientation or expression, skin color, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Marsh is committed to a hybrid work model, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration benefits of working together in the office. All colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
