Imagine a piloted air taxi that takes off vertically, then quietly carries you and your fellow passengers over the congested city streets below, enabling you to spend more time with the people and places that matter most. At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service.
At Joby Aviation, we're redefining the future of flight. As we bring all-electric eVTOL aircraft to life, we're looking for an experienced and driven Aircraft Final Integration Manufacturing Lead to help guide the final stages of aircraft assembly at our Marina, CA campus.
In this role, you'll lead a high-performing, cross-functional team responsible for the final integration of our aircraft—where engineering precision meets production excellence. We're seeking a thoughtful, hands-on leader who can inspire teams, drive technical execution, and deliver results in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You'll play a critical role in shaping how our aircraft come together, ensuring that every system meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and manufacturability.
