As a Lead Manufacturing Quality Specialist, you will serve as the guardian of our quality standards, overseeing and enhancing processes to ensure the delivery of defect-free products from incoming materials to final customer fulfillment. This role exists to bridge the gap between engineering, production, and supply chain, ensuring that our quality management systems not only comply with industry regulations but also drive continuous improvement.
In this position, you will lead the manufacturing quality team, managing everything from incoming quality control to final product inspections. You will partner closely with Engineering and external agencies to support product line certifications and lead quality improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Your day-to-day involves analyzing quality metrics to identify trends, conducting audits, and mentoring a team of quality professionals to eliminate failures before they occur. You will be the proactive voice ensuring that our site meets rigorous KPIs and that our customers receive products that align with their expectations.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. This typically includes an initial screening, followed by technical deep-dives into quality management systems and scenario-based problem-solving. Final rounds will involve team fit interviews and discussions on strategic quality planning.
