About the Role
The Technical Specialist - ADP Workforce Now (WFN) serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues across our consulting projects and ongoing outsourced payroll clients. In this capacity, you will act as the technical subject matter expert, providing advanced system configuration expertise and partnering closely with ADP to resolve payroll and system-related challenges.
You will support internal teams and clients by troubleshooting advanced configurations, advising on system capabilities and module interdependencies, and driving continuous process improvements. This role is critical for ensuring the stability and accuracy of our clients' payroll operations while fostering strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Work Location
While this position is primarily remote, team members must reside within 50 miles of a Baker Tilly office in Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin, Waco, Pearland), Wisconsin (Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton, Janesville, Eau Claire), or Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Clarks Summit, Lancaster, Allentown, Pittston, State College, Williamsport, New Castle).
