About the Role

The Technical Specialist - ADP Workforce Now (WFN) serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues across our consulting projects and ongoing outsourced payroll clients. In this capacity, you will provide advanced system configuration expertise, acting as a critical bridge between our internal teams, our clients, and ADP to resolve payroll and system-related challenges.

You will function as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for ADP Workforce Now, troubleshooting advanced system configurations and advising stakeholders on module interdependencies. This role is designed for a self-governing professional who thrives on high initiative and accuracy, proactively identifying errors and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence. Success in this position requires exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal staff while supporting continuous process improvements and documentation.

Work Location

While this position is primarily remote, team members must reside within 50 miles of a Baker Tilly office in Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin, Waco, Pearland), Wisconsin (Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton, Janesville, Eau Claire), or Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Clarks Summit, Lancaster, Allentown, Pittston, State College, Williamsport, New Castle).
