About the Role

The Technical Specialist - ADP Workforce Now (WFN) serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues across our consulting projects and ongoing outsourced payroll clients. In this capacity, you will provide advanced system configuration expertise, acting as a critical bridge between our internal teams, our clients, and ADP to resolve challenging payroll and system-related obstacles.

You will function as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for ADP Workforce Now, guiding internal teams and clients on system capabilities, configurations, and module interdependencies. Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting advanced system configurations and payroll challenges, supporting payroll-related projects, and contributing to the development of documentation, best practices, and continuous process improvements. This role requires a high degree of initiative, self-governance, and the ability to prioritize work based on urgency while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Location

While this position is primarily remote, team members must reside within 50 miles of a Baker Tilly office in Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin, Waco, Pearland), Wisconsin (Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton, Janesville, Eau Claire), or Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Clarks Summit, Lancaster, Allentown, Pittston, State College, Williamsport, New Castle).
