About the Role

As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. You will be responsible for talent attraction strategies, utilizing your experience to set benchmarks and metrics that drive success. This role exists to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth.

You will work alongside a team of peers, including Client Leads and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development. The ideal candidate thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment, rolls up their sleeves to work hard, and values providing amazing customer service. You will forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners, drawing on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business.

This position is based in Seattle, Santa Clara, or Austin.
