We are seeking a client-facing Technology Solutions Architect to join our growing technology team. This role is pivotal in helping us evolve as a tech-enabled, platform-based Healthcare Business Process Management and Healthcare BPaaS solution provider. As a leader in this position, you will play a central role in shaping and communicating Sagility's value proposition to both prospective and existing healthcare clients.
You will serve as the bridge between complex technical capabilities and business outcomes. Your day will involve partnering with our pre-sales team to drive deal solutioning, pricing strategies, RFP responses, and bid defenses. You will design robust technical solutions and craft compelling business stories that clearly articulate how Sagility's offerings drive measurable results. From leading client discovery workshops and whiteboarding sessions to defining integration strategies with platforms like Epic and Cerner, you will ensure our solutions are not only architecturally sound but also aligned with customer pain points and strategic goals. This role also includes mentoring junior staff and ensuring a smooth transition from solution design to delivery teams.
