Hands-on experience with EMR back-end databases, familiarity with HL7 v2, FHIR R4, and interoperability standards, proven track record architecting data solutions for healthcare programs, experience navigating HIPAA compliance and PHI data handling requirements, ability to bridge clinical, operational, and technical conversations, experience with healthcare-specific integration engines and middleware, experience applying Gen AI techniques to healthcare use cases, proficiency in Python or SQL for data transformation, and understanding of how data architecture supports quality reporting.
