About the Role
As a Senior Manager in Data and Analytics Engineering, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your expertise and network to deliver high-quality results for healthcare clients. You will design and implement comprehensive data architecture strategies that enhance healthcare operations, ensuring innovative solutions meet the evolving needs of health systems.
In this role, you will influence key stakeholders to align on data initiatives and lead dynamic teams committed to operational excellence. You will bridge the gap between clinical, operational, and technical conversations, fostering an environment of collaboration and open communication. As you grow in autonomy, you will apply sound judgment to solve complex problems, coach team members, and navigate ambiguous situations with composure.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree
- verifiedAt least 8 years of experience
- verifiedProficiency in Python or SQL
- verifiedFamiliarity with HL7 v2, FHIR R4, and interoperability standards
- verifiedUnderstanding of HIPAA compliance and PHI data handling requirements
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with EMR back-end databases, familiarity with HL7 v2, FHIR R4, and interoperability standards, proven track record architecting data solutions for healthcare programs, experience navigating HIPAA compliance and PHI data handling requirements, ability to bridge clinical, operational, and technical conversations, experience with healthcare-specific integration engines and middleware, experience applying Gen AI techniques to healthcare use cases, proficiency in Python or SQL for data transformation, and understanding of how data architecture supports quality reporting.
